Who is Pauly Shore?

Paul Montgomery Shore was born on 1st February 1968. He is a famous American artist, comedian, and film producer. He is best recognized for his parts in numerous humorous movies in the early 90s. Pauly started as a small stage comedian at the very early age of 17. This brought a good starring part in the satire movie in 1992 Encino Man, a fairly hit. Parts in other movies were pursued, and this is how his career in theatres began.

He had roles in films from 1988, providing supporting comedy relief. In the beginning, Pauly’s first comedy album, “The Future of America,” was named Best Comedy Album by the college music journalists in 1991, while the National Association of Record Merchandisers nominated his second album “Scraps from the Future,” for a Best Sellers Award.

He’s been surrounded by show business all his life. In addition to mother Mitzi, father Sammy Shore was a well-known comedian. In 2003, Shore produced, wrote, directed and starred in Pauly Shore is Dead, a semi-autobiographical mockumentary, which gave him the best reviews of his career (57% on Rotten Tomatoes, far above his 1990s films), and in 2005, starred in the short-lived reality television series Minding the Store.
