Christopher Crosby Farley was an American actor and comedian. He was a member of Chicago’s Second City Theatre. He was also one of the cast members of the NBC sketch comedy show Saturday Night Live. He was born on February 15, 1964, and died on December 18, 1997. He was 33 years old when he died. Born in Madison, Wisconsin, he grew up in Maple Bluff. 

Later, he pursued a film career and was a part of Coneheads, Tommy Boy, Black Sheep, Beverly Hills Ninja, Billy Madison, Dirty Work, and Almost Heroes. He was greatly influenced by John Belushi and became one of the biggest comedians in the country.

• He then got an opportunity to perform at Chicago’s ‘Second City Theatre’. Impressed with his performance, Lorne Michaels, the producer of NBC’s ‘Saturday Night Live’, decided to cast him for the show.
